Sheraton Pattaya Resort has announced the appointment of Spencer Kells as Director of Kitchens and the Pattaya Times editors can vouch for his abilities after enjoying a fabulous Christmas Eve buffet his team prepared.

Sheraton Pattaya Resort has announced the appointment of Spencer Kells as Director of Kitchens and the Pattaya Times editors can vouch for his abilities after enjoying a fabulous Christmas Eve buffet his team prepared.

Born in England, Mr. Kells has accumulated over 20 years’ cooking experience worldwide.

Certification of his expertise began with an apprenticeship at The Connaught Hotel in Londo that led to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok. He joined the opening team of another five-star riverside hotel, the Millennium Hilton Bangkok. Now he oversees the kitchen of the fabulous Sheraton Pattaya Resort on Pratamnak Hill overlooking Pattaya and the sea.
