General Kanit Permsub Celebrates His Birthday

Legendary General Kanit Permsub, Deputy Chief Aide- De-Camp and General to His Majesty the King celebrated his birthday on November 28 at Permsub Villa located in Soi Siam Country Club. General Kanit Permsub is the highest-ranking Thai official living in Pattaya.

General Kanit Permsub, Deputy Chief Aide-De-Camp and General to His Majesty the King and his wife Mrs. Busyarat Permsub wife have been living in Pattaya at Permsub village off of Siam Country Club Road for many years when the General is not busy attending to His Majesty the King. Up until 2006 General Kanit was living in the Royal Palace and coming to Pattaya on weekends when His Majesty was not travelling and the General's services were required.

When our King moved to the palace in Hua Hin in 2006 General Kanit spent more weekends with His Majesty who rarely traveled after 2006.

Now that His Majesty is 83-years-old and getting needed rest and care at a hospital in Bangkok, General Kanit, who has loyalty served as Deputy Chief Aide-De-Camp and General to His Majesty the King for more than 45 years, is spending more time in Pattaya.

"I love Pattaya and the people here. My wife and children and I have always enjoyed our quiet home life in Pattaya," said General Kanit Permsub.
