Khun Jate said, “There must be a growing potential for property development in the area near Mabprachan. To win the Thailand Green Development award from a shortlist that had Soneva Kili, the five-star international development on it, means Horseshoe Point does have a chance to be an international renowned development in the environmental field.”
Tossapol Thiyipattarametha, General Manager of Housing Development Horseshoe Point Co., Ltd added “I am very happy and proud to win these awards. It has always been our intention to work on the quality of our project, be it the house, the landscape, design, adjustment of the design to match our clients’ needs, quality of construction, promotion program, financing program and, more importantly, the after sales service to both the house and the living quality of our tenants. We cannot say that we are perfect but I can say that we strive towards improvements everyday and these awards have given us great inspiration to do better tomorrow.”
“It was an amazing day for us all. We had closed one sale in the afternoon and received two awards in the evening. I am a local in Pattaya and joined Horseshoe Point three years ago when the housing projects were launched. I am so proud of both our projects, The Residence and The Village, and each has won the awards. We are not only trying to sell the house but we put our effort in ensuring the quality of the house and the lifestyle quality of our tenants. I am very confident every day I come to work and every time I see a customer because I am selling quality houses. The houses considered the best villa development,” said Arissara Kamonrit, heard of sales – Housing Development, Horseshoe Point Co., Ltd.
Other winners of the 2009 Thailand Property Awards included, Best Developer – TCC Capital Land, Best Boutique Developer – Dhevatara Properties, Thaizeit Best International Agent – CB Richard Ellis (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Best Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard) – The
