UNDERWATER WORLD PROMOTION - Underwater World - Promotion - Sea Turtles - Global Warming

Helping Sea Turtles & Global Warming

From visitor donations at the Underwater World, a substantial amount of money was raised to help the plight of sea turtles, which could become an endangered species in the coming years if steps are not taken to preserve this species.

A large check for 100,000 baht was donated from collections. In conjunction with this, there were a large number of school children from various regions who were encouraged to enter a competition for a slogan on the dangers of global warming. Visiting VIP’s and the children alike all enjoyed a tour of the underwater facilities, to view marine creatures in their natural habitat. Visit Underwater World to see for yourself.
