PSC Fishing Sunday 15th Feb
However it was a perfect day for it. The sky was clear but the wind still, which meant a millpond like ocean.
After we had embarked at the jetty, we were soon chugging out to the area's where the fish are a plentiful.
Captain TING was in fine fettle, albeit without his frst mate Tong. So No Ting Tong Show Today???
After the success of last week it was always going to be an anticlimax to follow, however after a slow start we hit into the frst big one of the day. A nice 5 to 6 Kilo Pompano.
Our look-alike Jose Muhrinio, (Ashley) managed to play this fish for about 15 minutes before landing it to the applause of the family.
Not the massive haul we had last week, but after a few more various species, the family wanted to get back to shore where we all duly drank a beer or two whilst the restaurant staff cleaned our catch ready for us to take home.

After the success of last week the phone has been pretty busy this week and we have 3 days booked solid for the next couple of weeks.
Anyone interested in trying their luck should give me a call on 087 091 7565 and we will try to fix up a date for you.
Any day of the week can be arranged as long as we have enough notice.
One thing for sure. I will not be buying any fish for a long while yet.
