Latest innovation at Underwater World Pattaya

Managing director of Underwater World, Mr. Bernard Wong happily said, “I am very proud to present such an amazing technology like this. Right now, Underwater World is the most modern aquarium in Thailand. Our water tank is nearly 105 meters long holding over 3.8 million cubic meters of water with 6,000 exotic creatures from 200 species.”

“The idea to create the ‘Magic Tank’ initiated from our aim to preserve the sea turtles and to prevent our sea from other environmental threats. Also, we want to make Underwater World an aquatic educational center for people of all ages. Therefore, the best and the most enjoyable approach a person can learn is by doing something hands-on”, added Mr. Wong. 

Mr. Darong Yingchon, Manager of the Underwater World Pattaya revealed, “If the ‘Magic Tank’ is successful, we will definitely build another ‘Magic Tank’ that is bigger and better.” 

The 2.4 x 0.7 x 1.4 meters ‘Magic Tank’ is now available for visitors to get their hands-on experience of feeling and feeding the fish at the Underwater World Pattaya.
