Nadal breaks record with opening win at French Open

The second Grand Slam tennis tournament French Open has recently opened on May 24 and the tournament will be organized until June 7. It will take place at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France. It is one of the biggest tournaments, which the competition’s highlight is the 108th competing match on clay court between Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer for the man’s single title; while the woman is single, title high, light tennis players are the competition of many skillful players from Russia, USA, and Serbia.



After Roger won over Rafael Nadal for the second time on May 17, and it was the first triumph of his last 5 matches. It made the tournament very interesting. Having won 13 Grand Slams and 58 tournaments, Roger Federer is expected to be one of the most successful tennis players in the world. Federer has never won in French Open that is unusual for the Swiss tennis player, as they have never won it as well as Matina Hinkis. Swiss tennis players have already won in all big Grand Slams except French Open.

 

Federer seems to be confident in winning this tournament now and is very excited for it. He predicts that it should be his good time to win after he has disappointed on the last time. Federer, however, said Nadal is still one of the most skillful players and is still powerful and strong. Federer remains another one triumph to succeed for being sixth tennis player who won over all four big Grand Slams whose record was set by Pete Samplaz, the legendary American tennis player. El Matador “Nadal” who has just been awarded for being the most influent tennis player of the year by the Times Magazine, and the most strong tennis player in the world from Men Fitness Magazine. He revealed that the previous defeat did not affect to any competition’s result and said he is ready to continue to get the triumph in his clay court continuously for the fifth times, which he has already made it in Madrid.

 

French Open is however not the competition just for Nadal and Federer. There are many skillful players such as Andy Murray (Scotland) the third ranked player in this tournament, Novak Djokovic (Serbia) the fourth ranked player, and Huan Martin Delbroto (Agentina) the fifth ranked player.

Regarding to the woman’s single title, the competition will be very interesting by various skillful women tennis players such as Russia, USA, and Serbia. Anna Evanovich, Serbian tennis player has created the new record of Serbian tennis player to win in French Open by completely won over Tirana Safina for two sets in the champion tournament. She is being in the eighth rank this year and is very confident to be able to do a great job because her ankle’s painful condition is now getting better. Another Serbian woman tennis player who seems to be able to win this tournament is the former World Champion Jelena Jankovic. She wants to standardize her good job in this tournament and is now looking for the chance to be the champion of the world.

 

Tirana Safina, Russian runner-up winner in this tournament last year. She is now having the great physical condition. She has recently just won in 2 clay court tournaments and being in the first rank of world tennis players and is also the first ranking player in this tournament. She wants the spectators to accept her even if she has never won in the big grand slam tournament. Previously, other tennis players compared her in unappreciated way; therefore, she must try as best as she can to get into the deeper round in this tournament. She has already succeeded for being in the first ranking world tennis players, and her next expectation is to be the champion in Grand Slam.

 

Another Russian tennis player is Elena Dementiava, the 4-ranking player in this tournament and is the previous runner-up champion in 2007. She has well developed her skill and is also having a chance to be the champion in this tournament.


Regarding Maria Sharapova the most interesting tennis players in the world who has now millions of fans over the world. Lately, she has just been out of the Servo Open.

 

She revealed that this is the most appreciative competition for her to be back in the game after she has been long time in painful condition. She continued to reveal that she did not expect too much from French Open as her situation now is unstable.


Regarding other 2 American sisters tennis players Venus and Serena Williams, the previous world champion and is being in the third, and second rank in this tournament.

 

Venus said she has her a bit personal problem last year and everything is now ready to be competing. Serana the younger sister said she expects to compete with her sister in the championship match, which it is also her family’s expectation. The ending of French Open will be competing on this coming June 7, and the champion who will have a chance to win the “Coupe des Mousquetaires” trophy will be obviously shown.
