Dr. Khunying Kalaya Sophonpanich, Minister of Science and Technology presided over the press a cooperation project between the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Science and Technology, and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) at the 1st floor of Phra Chom Klao Building.

The owner of selected proposal can join the parabolic flight in Japan in December 2009. NSTDA will support the scholarship for conducting experiment and travel expanse in Japan.
