The newly redesigned Amari Orchid Pattaya is offering its Australian ‘Wagyu Beef’ BBQ, featuring authentic ingredients, every Saturday at only 990 baht++ per person. “Free flow” house wine and beer are included.
Mr. Somkid Chakarawongphaisit, Head Chef of the Amari Orchid Pattaya said, “The reason we chose Wagyu beef is because of its distinctive tenderness and juicy flavor. It is easy to chew and has its own unique taste. It is imported from Australia and is very expensive in the meat market. It is also well accepted that it is among world’s finest beef.”
Wagyu beef can be prepared in many different styles including sushi; grilled with Korean sauce (Kimgi); stewed in red wine and in many other mouth-watering ways.
“Other delightful menus that I recommend apart from Wagyu beef BBQ include Wagyu beef fried with mushrooms and Japanese teriyaki sauce,” added Mr. Chakarawongphaisit.
Those diners that don’t eat meat can enjoy fresh seafood and other delicious ala carte offerings and then finish off their meal with mouth watering desserts.
