Sure Park Steak House Holds Charity Barbeque

The Sure Park Steak House held a charity barbeque night on October 30 to raise money for the Ban Jing Jai childrens home.The tickets cost 300 baht and patrons were treated to an all you can eat barbeque with pork,chicken and of couse, their mouth watering beef which they are known for.
The Kampaengsaen cattle are grain fed, carefully selected and checked through every stage of their lives to make sure they reach an international standard quality to guarantee taste and tenderness.They are sent to a certified slaughterhouse,then chilled at three degrees celsius for not less than 14 days and then cut in a temperature controlled room. Then the meat is dry aged for a further 21 days and delivered in a temperature controlled truck.
The Sure Park Steak House will be 7 years old this month and has enjoyed huge popularity. It started as a 20 seat venue and has had to be expanded 6 times to now hold 150 diners complete with a small lake and waterfall and a music stage.Children are kept amused with in house pet birds and monkeys.
