Suvarnabhumi International airport which is currently managed by Airports

The government has decided to use both Don Muang and Suvarnabhumi Airports, announced Finance Minister Korn Chatikavanij.

The issue was discussed with Mr. Sophon Zarum, Transport Minister, and it was agreed that the two airports should both be operating commercials flights because they are existing assets of the country.

Further studies are being conducted to determine the advantages and disadvantages of separating the management of the two international airports. It is said that a new company will be set up to manage Don Muang. Airports of Thailand Company is currently managing both airports.
