Excise Department’s Strategy

The Excise Department is a government department that is responsible for inspecting, collecting, and protecting national income according to the excise laws. Its major responsibility is to collect the listed-merchandises’ Tax. It is a transparent organization and examinable. The Excise Department management operates directly and closely t entrepreneurs or business people who trade any goods listed in the excise products’ list including cars, liquor, cigarettes, perfume, etc. Many times excise problems occur because people do not understand or have enough information on excise law.

The Excise Department decided to draw out an Excise Information Strategy in order to facilitate excise management to be much easier to understand and comply with. Another objective is to educate and inform people about the excise laws to activate cooperation between the excise department and people.
