The Pattaya International Longtail Rowing Boat Competition 2009 at the Mab Prachan Dam, will be held again this year on November, 21-23.

The Pattaya International Longtail Rowing Boat Competition 2009 at the Mab Prachan Dam, will be held again this year on November, 21-23.


Pattaya City in association with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Pattaya Office, Nongprue Municipality, Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, and Pong Municipality, will host the Pattaya International Boat Rowing Competition 2009, on November 21-23, at the Banglamung Mab Prachan Dam, Chonburi.



The competition’s highest winning prize is to win the honorary trophy from HRH Princess Chakkri Sirindhorn, and another trophy from HRH Somsawalee. This will be the 9th consecutive year which the main objective is to pay respect to the royal institution as well as preserving and maintaining local tradition, and to promote Pattaya tourism.

 

Pattaya Times Newspapers, the only local newspaper fully dedicated to supporting Pattaya tourism and presenting only positive information, would like to invite and remind all tourists in both domestic or international to mark this day on the calendar, to remind themselves to participate in the international boat rowing competition event on this coming November 21-23, at the Banglamung Mab Prachan Dam, Chonburi.
