Recently, the Amari Group unveiled a brand new logo and theme for its range of hotels in Bangkok, Koh Samui, Krabi, Koh Chang, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Pattaya and all other properties simultaneously as their CEO unveiled the new concept in Hong Kong at a major investment fair.

In Pattaya, the name of the resort is being changed from Amari Orchid Resort and Tower to Amari Orchid Pattaya. The new theme is “Colours and Rhythms” which David Cumming, General Manager says takes the feeling away from just being about concrete and mortar structures now with its dynamic brand identity and logo comes a new style of service which is more lively, upbeat and down-to-earth. Amari signature color red has now been expanded to orange  and a umbrella shaped swirl of red.

Dr. Direk Thammarak, Vice President of Human Resources said, “Apart from changing our identity we also made adjustments to our Human Resources to make sure that we can offer our guests leading hospitality services. Having a new look will also give the guest a new experience. Even if they have visited before, once they come again they will have a different experience.”

“In addition to the change in Pattaya, we are also implementing the new logo and identity at our other hotel establishments: the Amari Watergate in Bangkok; the Amari Palm Reef in Koh Samui and, in Phuket, the Amari Coral Beach,” added David Cumming, General Manager.

The Amari Group also has plans to expand its holdings by joining with venture partners and building up to 40 new hotels they will manage across the Asian Pacific by 2018 in Singapore, Hong Kong, the Middle east and elsewhere.
