True Move Announces 70% Cut in Roaming Fees for International Callers

Seventy percent will be deducted from answering fees of the customers’ True Move numbers when they are abroad, effective now until December 31. In addition, there is a data roaming package for unlimited downloads and EDGE/GPRS/3G services for only 399 baht per day. The package also allows customers to receive messages for free when they are overseas and includes travel insurance of up to 420,000 baht. Mileage points, which can be used on allied airlines and hotels, can also be earned for every minute spent on the network. In addition, travelers can also call the True Move Care Services at 1337, ext. 7, free of charge, for network assistance no matter where they are.

Mr. Supakit Wattanadid, Executive Managing Director of the Commercial Department stated, “This new campaign was introduced in preparation for the holiday season. Interested  post pay customers can use this oneand- only-service by calling *9399, ext. 5, just seven days before they leave the country. If they experience any difficulty in our services while they are overseas, they can call our True Move Care center, absolutely free, 24 hours a day, at 1331, extension 7.”
