New Pattaya Hospital Nearing Completion

Mr. Wichai Teeraparpwong, a representative from Teerakarn Construction Business Company, added, “We have been progressing a little faster than what we planned. The project is sure to be fully completed before the assigned date.”
The construction of the Pattaya Hospital did not always go smoothly according to the contractors.
“The problems that we faced included the fact that we could not build some walls because we were waiting for large medical machines to be installed before we could construct the concrete walls,” said Mr. Chiwcharn Pahusatjaruk, another representative from Teerakarn Construction Business Company.
Another problem was the insufficient power supply. Currently, there is not enough electrical power to support the two buildings: the hospital building and the building that holds supporting materials required by the hospital.
“The issues that were mentioned by constructors have been put forward and will be fixed immediately. So, we still believe that the project will be completed before the set time,” assured Mr. Pichet Uthaiwattananon, Executive Director of the Bureau of Engineering of Pattaya.
The Pattaya hospital is located on Soi Buakhao, next to the Pattaya Public Health Office. Those interested in the progress of the hospital’s construction can check the web site:http://pattayahospitalproject.blogspot.com/.
