Thailand major tennis tournament, PTT Thailand Open 2009 has recently been released to be public. The winning prize is worth up to 608,500 baht and has been well-responded by world tennis superstar to participate in the tournament which will be held at the Bangkok’s Impact Marina Muangthong Thani during September 26 – October 4.

World class tennis stars include the world #2 Rafael Nada, Thailand Open 2008Champion Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, and former world #1 Marat Safin have confirmed to compete in this tournament.

The official opening ceremony will be conducted on October 1, and the open match will begin on Saturday 26, September. The very special offers provided by the PTT Thailand Open 2009 management to school students is the free-tickets to sessions of play from the first day until October 2, expecting to inspire students in a tennis profession.

Any schools to qualify for the great offer of free-ticket, school groups must consist of 20 students or more, wearing school uniform, and led by at least one teacher. Interested schools can contact 0-2262-2224 by 20 September.
