PSC golf from Tropical Bert’s

On this day I was lucky enough to be taken there by that 'Careful' driver Mr. Hamstad and it was as good as being chauffeur driven. Except for the fact that on the way back he would insist on talking to the other people in the car as I tried to get some sleep. Some people have no manners.

Getting back to the golf, on this day the Course was practically empty and we were put onto the B & C Nines. The B Nine was fine but they had sanded the C Nine and it was hard work on the greens. Still this is millionaires Golf at Beggars rate.

The heavy wind caused the scores to be low as did the fact that all the Tee Markers were where they were supposed to be for a change. The winner on the day was Perry McNeely with 36 points on countback from Dick Warberg in second. In third place was Mashi Kanata with 34 points.   T.T.F.N.
